A unique consultancy with Russell Lands to masterplan a comprehensive waterfront community.
Spanning over 1500 acres and 12 miles of shoreline, The Heritage community is an outstanding example of Daniel Communities service to other development companies in the pursuit of worldclass destination development.
Russell Lands, Lake Martin’s most recognized developer of luxury residential neighborhoods, engaged Daniel Communities to help envision and organize a comprehensive resort town strategy for their expansive holdings of Wicker Point in 2020. Our collaboration orchestrated the collective design talents of renown golf architects Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore, Land Design and Cooper Cary and resulted in a comprehensive development strategy correlating design, environmental, entitlement, construction and market positioning priorities. This work positioned Russell Lands to move seamlessly into development with the Wicker Point golf clubhouse and course planned for opening in 2023 and the initial lakefront neighborhoods developed and nearly sold out.
